David S. Feldman, MD
David S. Feldman, MD is an internationally recognized, American Board Certified, orthopedic surgeon who stands at the forefront of complex pediatric and adult orthopedic procedures and treatments. Dr. Feldman is currently the Director of Spinal Deformity and Hip Preservation Centers at the world-renowned Paley Institute in West Palm Beach Florida.
Dr. Feldman is an expert in the care of spinal deformities such as scoliosis and kyphosis and specializes in treating patients with complex conditions such as arthrogryposis, achondroplasia, MHE, hip dysplasia, Legg-Calve-Perthes Disease, lower limb deformities and limb length problems.
Dr. Feldman helped pioneer the use of a computerized assisted device to develop and perform surgical techniques for the correction of limb deformity, the use of hip distraction in treating Legg Calves Perthes Disease, and for the prevention of infections after spinal surgery. He is currently involved in multiple clinical research studies regarding the management of arthrogryposis, scoliosis, Multiple Hereditary Exostoses, hip dysplasia and limb lengthening.
Dr. Feldman spent 15 years as the Chief of Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery at NYU Medical Center in New York City. In 2015, he relocated his practice to the Paley Institute to expand and perfect the care of his patients dealing with complex orthopedic conditions. The Paley Institute allows Dr. Feldman an unparalleled ability to fully treat some of the world’s most difficult orthopedic cases, including those which were previously believed to be untreatable.

Dr. Scott Raffa, MD
Dr. Scott Raffa, MD, MBA, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained neurosurgeon dedicated to serving his local hometown community in southeast Florida. With a “Safety First” approach to surgery, Dr. Raffa harnesses cutting-edge ultrasonic and neuronavigational technology in the operating room to ensure the highest standards of surgical precision and patient safety.

Dr. Kaveh Asadi, MD
Dr. Kaveh Asadi, MD, PhD, FAANS, joined the Paley Orthopedic and Spine Institute in 2022. He is a board-certified adult and pediatric neurosurgeon. He specializes in pediatric neurosurgery and brings extensive experience in minimally invasive surgery and neuroendoscopy. His unique skill set includes: foramen magnum decompression, tethered cord releases, selective dorsal rhizotomy, intra dural tumor and syringomyelia treatment and craniofacial surgery for congenital anomalies.

Dr. Amanda Lobato, PhD
Dr. Lobato, a South Florida native with Brazilian heritage, has a strong background in genetics and biomedical research. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from St. Thomas University, where she conducted research on medicinal plant genetics under Dr. Pilar Maul. She then pursued a PhD in Human Genetics and Genomics at the University of Miami, conducting her doctoral research in Dr. Grace Zhai’s lab. Her work focused on developing transgenic Drosophila models to investigate disease mechanisms and potential therapies for neurodegenerative and peripheral neuropathy disorders, including Alzheimer’s Disease, Huntington’s Disease, SORD deficiency, and Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia.
Following her PhD, Dr. Lobato continued her research as a postdoctoral scholar at the University of Chicago, further expanding her expertise in translational medicine. Throughout her career, she has published multiple peer-reviewed research articles and presented her findings at national and international conferences. Now, as a Clinical Research Coordinator, she is committed to applying her expertise to advance patient-centered research and clinical trials.
Outside of work, she enjoys playing soccer and spending time at the beach.

Yesenia Ewing
Yesenia Ewing has been at the Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute since 2021 and joined Team Feldman in 2022. Yesenia is Administrative Assistant for Dr. Feldman and his team members. She assists with booking surgeries as well as new and established patients for Dr. Shufflebarger and Dr. Hariharan. She also assists with booking new and established patient appointments for Dr. Feldman and Dr. Huser.
Born and raised in Miami, Yesenia enjoys spending time with her 7 year old son. Together they go to the park, the beach and take spontaneous trips.

Tiffany Brown
Tiffany Brown joined Dr. Feldman’s team at the Paley Orthopedic and Spine Institute in 2015. She formerly worked as a neurosurgical physician assistant in her hometown of Stuart, Florida for 6 years. Tiffany completed her undergraduate studies at Florida State University, and received her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University.
Tiffany has a particular interest in spinal deformities. She finds the work at The Paley Institute to be incredibly rewarding and loves being a part of the
innovative approach to treating such rare conditions.
Residing in Palm Beach Gardens, Tiffany loves all hobbies water related, and FSU football! She is actively involved and serves on the board for the Florida Academy of
Physician Assistants. She also enjoys philanthropic work and has been a member of the Junior League of Palm Beach since 2010, where she has chaired fundraising events to help raise funds for foster children in Palm Beach County.

Nicole Noelting
Nicole is a Certified Child Life Specialist who graduated with a bachelor’s in psychology from St. Michael’s College in Vermont and did her child life internship at Palm Beach Children’s Hospital in 2018. She previously worked at the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth in New Hampshire and at the Children’s Hospital of Savannah in Georgia. Nicole started working at the Paley institute in 2024.
Nicole loves building relationships with children, teens and their families throughout their journey at the Paley Institute. Outside of work Nicole’s passion is volunteering as a camp counselor at Double H Ranch, one of the Serious Fun camps located in upstate New York. She also loves going to Jupiter beach with her two mini Australian shepherds, Mila and Josie

Kristen DeAndrade
Kristen DeAndrade is an author, motivational speaker and advocate for those living in the face of adversity. A graduate from The College of Charleston in South Carolina, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and also holds her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certification. Kristen has always found joy in the yoga community, especially when it comes to teaching kids.
Kristen joined the team in 2019 as Director of Patient Advocacy and Communications. As a former patient herself, Kristen is familiar with the surgical and rehabilitative journey as well as the highs and lows that patients and their families face before, during and/or after treatment. Her goal is to help make the journey as manageable for patients and their families as possible.
An avid New England sports fan, Kristen resides in West Palm Beach and loves all things Vitamin Sea. In her spare time, you can find her in or on the water, traveling or volunteering her time at The Quantum House. Her biggest accomplishment to date was finally publishing her memoir.

Katie Totten
Katie Totten was born in Dallas, Texas and moved to Orlando, Florida when she was four years old. She attended the University of Florida in Gainesville where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology. She then completed her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of South Florida in Tampa. She recently relocated to Palm Beach Gardens and enjoys traveling to new places, cooking, fitness, and being outdoors.

Kaile-Jo Scott
Kaile Jo has been a Certified Child Life Specialist for 3 years and joined the Paley Orthopedic and Spine Institute over a year ago. Kaile Jo provides psychosocial support for children and families overcoming challenges in the healthcare setting. She prepares children at their developmental level for surgery, hospitalization, and the rehabilitation process. Her goal is to not only normalize the experience, but to make the healthcare journey as fun and enjoyable as possible.

Jennifer Enterkin
Jennifer Enterkin has worked for the Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute for the past 7 years. She has been the team's Executive Assistant and surgical scheduler since 2015. Jennifer previously worked as an Administrative Assistant at the MUSC Hematology and Oncology Department in South Carolina and UF Pathology labs.
She received her degree in Nuclear Medicine from Santa Fe College in Gainesville, FL.
Originally from New England, she is a huge Patriots fan and spends her free time now in Florida going to the beach and walking her 2 crazy pups.

Brandi Schuller
Brandi Schuller was born and raised in St. Charles, MO. She attended Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then completed her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at Stephens College in Columbia, MO in 2019. Shortly after she relocated to Juno Beach, FL and joined Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute in 2021. Brandi enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, going on hikes, and cooking.

Alyssa Landau
Alyssa was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. Recently, she moved to South Florida after completing her Physician Assistant program in December 2019. Alyssa completed her Bachelor's Degree in Biology and then went on to get her Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. She concentrated in orthopedic surgery during her rotations and joined the team at the Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute in 2020. In her free time, Alyssa enjoys spending time at the beach and kayaking.

Andrea Mower
Andrea Mower is Administrative Assistant for our team at the Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute. Before joining us, she worked in the Outpatient Physical Therapy’s Billing Department for the past 4 years. Previously, she worked as a Medical Office Specialist at Heart and Health Institute.
Born and raised in South Florida, Andrea graduated Summa Cum Laude, earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services, concentrating in Health Administration from Strayer University in Washington, DC. She is married and mother to an active 21 month old boy, and they also have 4 cats at home.
